Qualifications

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, effective, and prompt pharmacy services within case management.
  • Manage patient drug therapy per clinical practice standards.
  • Provide drug information and education to staff and patients.
  • Counsel patients in-depth when required.
  • Precept students and mentor new employees.
  • Ensure QA and compliance with departmental and legal requirements.
