Job summary

Greater Lawrence Family Health Center in Lawrence, MA is seeking a part-time ambulatory care Clinical Pharmacist (32 hours). Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Board certification preferred (e.g., BPS or CDCES).
• Registration with the State of Massachusetts as a pharmacist.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of pharmacy practice experience, preferably in direct patient care.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory care to patients as part of a multidisciplinary team and optimize medication outcomes.
• Evaluate drug therapy through clinical assessment and patient care involvement.
• Communicate and document findings and recommendations regarding drug therapy.

We have seven clinical sites, six pharmacies, two school‑based health centers, two mobile health units, and one community services site that provides OBAT. Job Overview

This is a full‑time role for an ambulatory care Clinical Pharmacist. The Clinical Pharmacist supports and works alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team and patients to help ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to optimized health outcomes. The pharmacist utilizes strong critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills to evaluate drug therapy through clinical assessment, direct patient care involvement, subjective and objective findings relating to patients’ responses to drug therapy, and communicates and documents those findings and recommendations.
