Base pay range

$70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour night shift)

Pay Rate: $75/hr. on W2 (Travel)

Role Overview:

The Pharmacist will provide pharmaceutical care to hospitalized patients, ensuring the safe preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications. This role supports overnight operations and requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
Monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information to healthcare staff.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Maintain accurate documentation of medication distribution and usage.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Oversee pharmacy technicians and provide guidance as needed during night shifts.
