Job Summary

The CareAllies Clinical Pharmacist will play a key role in executing our strategic priorities focused on unlocking value and quality for physicians by reducing complexity of care and elevating clinical results.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy; Doctor of Pharmacy degree is strongly preferred.
• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with a Pharmacy License in Alabama.
• Registered Pharmacist Preceptor in Alabama.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in managed care and/or ambulatory care.
• Experience working with the patient population in Huntsville, Alabama.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy PGY1 Residency program.
• Strong communication skills for conveying clear understanding of needs to different audiences.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make timely decisions.
• Ability to operate effectively amidst ambiguity.
• Ability to build informal relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet objectives efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Foundational understanding of CMS Medicare program structure and regulatory landscape.
• Foundational understanding of CMS quality improvement programs.
