Job summary

For a limited time, Lincoln Hospital is offering up to $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Pharmacists!

oEligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Pharmacist position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

oCurrent MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Summary

The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice. Previous hospital experience preferred.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
  • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
  • Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $122,408.00to $165,630.40per year.
