Job summary

Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate processing, compounding, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals while actively monitoring patient drug therapy for safety and efficacy. You will also serve as a vital clinical consultant, participating in bedside rounds, managing antimicrobial stewardship, and providing evidence-based recommendations to medical staff.

Qualifications
  • B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy and a current pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively meet the needs of the patient/internal and external customer.
  • Collaborative communicator who excels in a fast-paced environment, mentors pharmacy students and technicians, and is committed to advancing patient safety and high-quality service through continuous clinical intervention and departmental improvement.
