Job summary

Sound Physicians invites you to join Adrian, MI as a Clinical Performance Nurse (CPN) focused on quality and process improvement. You’ll influence care teams and help implement strategies to elevate patient outcomes without direct bedside duties.

Requirements include at least 2 years of acute care nursing, active RN license, BSN preferred, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. This is a 40-hour, Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience required.
• Active RN license in good standing; BSN preferred.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives essential.
• Experience in case management or related areas helpful but not mandatory.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge in an acute care setting.
• Assess patients' clinical status and readiness for discharge.
• Ensure effective communication across the care team as patients progress.
• Focus on improving overall quality of patient care.
• Participate in daily workflows and advocate for patient goals.
