Qualifications

• Health Care Professional background; Nursing or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of patient heart disease states.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, vendors, field staff and others.
• Strong verbal and written communications; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical/technical interface between medical community and Product Performance Group.
• Provide clinical expertise for Electrophysiology, Heart Failure and Vascular product lines.
• Lead a small team of direct reports; oversee regulatory reporting and complaints review.
• Develop rationales for regulatory reportability decisions and train staff.
