Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family‑centered environment.

Position Details:

• Full‑Time: In‑Person
• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends)
• 4 or 10‑hour day shifts (Monday‑Thursday or Tuesday‑Friday)
• Compensation: $60,000 – $104,000 per year
• Sign On Bonus: $10,000 for Full‑time

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, family‑centered care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out thorough evaluations and assessments for clients experiencing a range of delays and disorders
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans for each client
• Deliver therapy services with care and attention
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless care
• Maintain detailed and up‑to‑date records of client progress

Qualifications

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) – Occupational Therapist, Registered
• Completed occupational therapist‑level fieldwork requirements per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA)
