IDEXX is seeking a Clinical Pathologist to provide expert diagnostic pathology services for veterinary clients. You will evaluate clinical pathology specimens, deliver high-quality reports, and support clients with pathology consultations and patient care implications.

You will collaborate with a team of pathologists, participate in rounds and committees, and pursue ongoing education to expand expertise while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification.

Job description

As a Clinical Pathologist, you will provide expert diagnostic pathology services by evaluating clinical pathology specimens and delivering accurate, timely diagnostic interpretations to veterinary clients. Working as part of IDEXX's Clinical Pathology team, you’ll collaborate with a highly skilled group of pathologists who value scientific excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. In this role, you’ll help veterinary professionals make informed patient care decisions through high-quality diagnostics, consultation, and exceptional customer service.

What You Need To Succeed

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent veterinary qualification.
• Board certification from the American College of Veterinary Pathology (ACVP) or European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology (ECVCP)
• Strong expertise in clinical pathology and interpretation of diagnostic specimens.
• Ability to provide accurate, detailed, and timely diagnostic evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
