Job summary

Blossom Health is seeking a Head of Clinical Partnerships in New York City to build and lead a growth-focused organization connecting providers with our AI-native care platform. You will develop the go-to-market strategy, test motions in the market, and design a scalable playbook for nationwide expansion.

You will drive the partnerships function from ground up, owning metrics, territorial strategy, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate patient referrals and provider trust.

Qualifications

• Proven GTM success across sales, partnerships, growth, or GTM with measurable results.
• Zero-to-one experience building or scaling a GTM motion.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strategic thinker who can translate data into commercial decisions.
• Commercial instincts including funnels, territories, incentives, and metrics.
• Exceptional communication with healthcare providers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Partnerships strategy for growth with PCPs and providers.
• Test and refine market approaches, ICP, and provider referrals.
• Build a repeatable growth engine: segmentation, territory strategy, messaging, processes, cadence.
• Lead and develop the Clinical Partnerships team, with clear goals and accountability.
• Define KPIs for provider acquisition, activation, referrals, and territory performance.
• Drive territory expansion based on data and field feedback.
• Collaborate with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Product, and leadership to remove friction for providers and patients.
• Scale the function from startup motion to a national-scale channel.
