Job summary

The Clinical Partner (CP) at Baptist Health provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction of the registered nurse to support safe, patient-centered care in Florida facilities. The CP collaborates closely with the RN to ensure high-quality care and appropriate task delegation.

Minimum experience is 1 year with LPN/CNA credentials preferred; Florida Nurse Practice Act compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year.
• Licenses & Certifications: LPN, Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Additional qualifications include CNA or LPN and Florida acute care facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Partner provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under RN direction to deliver safe, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with the assigned RN; ensures activities cannot be delegated to unlicensed assistive personnel are appropriately supervised.
