The Opportunity

We’re expanding our presence across California and strategic relationship-building is key to that growth. We’re seeking a Clinical Outreach Representative to join our team and support our mission through targeted outreach, event coordination, and network expansion.

In this role, you’ll work closely with business development leaders to build relationships with healthcare professionals, universities, and hospitals to drive lead generation. You will coordinate and host, as well as represent Within at events and conferences. You’ll be instrumental in growing our referral networks and strengthening our visibility in the region.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners, including therapists, dietitians, physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations
• Support the execution of clinical marketing plans, including personalized outreach and follow-ups
• Coordinate business development participation in industry events—prepare materials, manage logistics, and ensure strong presence
• Plan and host monthly in-person networking events; collaborate with IAEDP chapters and the National Alliance for Eating Disorders
• Design and maintain Salesforce templates to document outreach activities and track monthly progress
• Organize internal and external virtual events at the state and national level
• Assist with lead generation and new relationship development in states targeted for In-Network (INN) expansion
