More than 2,500 team members at more than 70 Tidelands Health locations bring our healing mission to life each day. **A Brief Overview** The Clinical Outcomes Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Med-Surg Unit and is responsible for supporting optimal patient outcomes by coordinating care standards and service delivery within the stabilization unit.
