NYU Langone Health is seeking an accomplished physician leader to serve as Associate Division Director, Clinical Operations within the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine.

This senior role partners with the Division Director, Division Administrator, Section Chiefs, and Department of Medicine leadership to advance the Division's strategic, operational, and clinical priorities across NYU Langone Health.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with board certification in Pulmonary Disease; advanced board certifications favored (Critical Care, Sleep Medicine).
• Academic appointment at Associate or Full Professor level within NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
• Demonstrated leadership in an academic medical center or integrated health system.
• Proven success leading clinical operations, physician engagement, quality improvement, and operational transformation.
• Experience using data-driven decision making to improve clinical performance and patient access.

Aufgaben

• Provide physician leadership for ambulatory and inpatient clinical operations across Pulmonary, Critical Care, Sleep Medicine, and subspecialty programs.
• Collaborate with division and administrative leaders to optimize clinic operations, provider scheduling, session utilization, patient throughput, and resource allocation.
• Lead initiatives to improve access, reduce care delays, and enhance multidisciplinary coordination across the patient journey.
• Develop and implement standardized operational workflows promoting consistency, efficiency, and high-quality care across all sites.
• Lead operational integration of services across NYU Langone Health network (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester, etc.).
• Represent the division on committees related to ambulatory operations, access, quality, and strategic growth.
• Recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, leadership development, and succession planning for physicians.
