What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct site visits for outreach, education, training, and orientation sessions for providers and staff
- Troubleshoot concerns and collaborate with the Unified and athena teams to meet division needs
- Create and distribute training materials in collaboration with revenue cycle management and clinical operations
- Serve as a Superuser for the athena system, assisting in implementation at new divisions
- Generate daily reports and document all division encounters

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred or experience in the Healthcare IT field
- 1-2 years of experience with the athenahealth practice management and EHR system
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured automobile required; must be able to travel up to 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in training healthcare professionals or staff in digital systems
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Familiarity with federal/state regulations regarding Confidentiality and HIPAA
