A leading company in healthcare seeks a Clinical Operations Training and Optimization Specialist to provide in-office and remote training for care centers in Ohio and New York. ***This position will provide in-office and remote training and optimization for new and existing care centers. This role will cover the Ohio and New York markets (Candidates must be local and located near an airport.)***

The Clinical Operations Training and Optimization Specialist is responsible for creating a great patient and provider experience in Unified’s OBGYN health care practices. This role will leverage digital technologies, clinic workflow expertise and our athena electronic health record and practice management system. This position independently assesses and designs customer specific trainings and improvements for practice operational workflows to optimize day-to-day functions.
Responsibilities include helping practices leverage cutting edge tools for patient self-scheduling, digital check-in and patient communication to enhance care quality and patient/provider satisfaction.
