Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in corrections.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical and process knowledge and coach others in operations procurement, flow, and distribution including supplies, machinery, equipment, or tools.
• Apply financial literacy and coach others in staffing, planning, administration, and execution.
• Provide guidance in maintaining state, federal, and local ethics compliance guidelines and policies.
• Coach others in incident tracking, review, resolution, preventive and reporting procedures, including discrepancies in sharps and tool counts and medication errors.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

Experience

• NCCHC and/or ACA knowledge and experience.
• At least three years’ experience in corrections.
• Previous employment as an HSA/DON preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

• RN license required in state of employment; CPR certification.

Ideal candidates will be located in one of the following states: NC, SC, TN, IN, KY.
