Clinical Operations Specialist - South Central US

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate technical and process knowledge and coach others in operations procurement, flow, and distribution including supplies, machinery, equipment, or tools.
- Apply financial literacy and coach others in staffing, planning, administration, and execution.
- Provide guidance in maintaining state, federal, and local ethics compliance guidelines and policies.
- Coach others in incident tracking, review, resolution, preventive and reporting procedures, including discrepancies in sharps and tool counts and medication errors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
Experience
- NCCHC and/or ACA knowledge and experience.
- At least three years’ experience in corrections.
- Previous employment as an HSA/DON preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
- RN license required in state of employment; CPR certification.
Ideal candidates will be located in one of the following states: NC, SC, TN, IN, KY.
