Job summary

U.M. FDSP Associates is seeking an RN/LPN to support Clinical Operations across the Baltimore campus and designated satellite sites. The role involves triage, interdisciplinary care, and coverage for clinic operations in a non-profit academic setting.

Normal hours are weekdays with no weekends or holidays; travel to partner sites may be required. A comprehensive benefits package supports work-life balance and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland RN or LPN license valid for the position.
• BLS & ACLS certification; PALS, IV/phlebotomy credentials or training are helpful.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coverage at SOD satellite, externship, affiliated, and community clinics.
• Support infection prevention education, clinical readiness, and emergency response.
• Assist with sedation documentation and perioperative care as credentialed.
• Coordinate or support clinical education, supervision, and student interaction.
• Travel to designated sites for coverage as assigned.

Education

Maryland RN or LPN license
