Clinical Operations Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health

This role is based in Atlanta and offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 per year. The position is with a nationally recognized Children's Hospital dedicated to high-quality care across Georgia and the Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Lead and streamline adolescent psychiatric and mental health services across multiple inpatient and outpatient facilities.
• Manage a team with 5 direct reports and approximately 75 FTEs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active GA license or the ability to obtain one.
• BSN required; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
