Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical study experience in pharma, device, or CRO.
• Experience leading cross‑functional clinical teams and TMF oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ICH‑GCP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Clinical Project Managers to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Provide oversight of study documents, start‑up, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage study resources, budgets, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead continuous improvement and risk management within the team.
