Job summary

Accel Research Sites Sugar Land is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead the Operations team across sites, ensuring execution aligned with ICH, GCP, and FDA guidelines. The role focuses on study performance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance within a multi-site network.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, monitor dashboards, and mitigate risks to deliver study milestones on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of clinical research experience; 2+ years as CRC preferred; 1+ year management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical operations team to drive study performance, efficiency, patient safety and protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Finance, Budgets and Contracts, and Quality to meet milestones and budgets.
• Review dashboards and systems to oversee site and patient activities and ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
• Oversee resourcing, site assignments and team output; identify risks and escalate to management.
• Provide initial and ongoing trainings on SOPs, CRFs and study timelines; ensure adherence to GCP and FDA regulations.
