The role requires nursing leadership experience, an active clinical license, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing, health care or related field.
• Clinical licensure applicable to area of practice.
• 1–2 years of experience in clinical operations related to patient population.
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and families.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and support of clinical operations, staff, and patients.
• Manages budgets and staffing to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Leads staff development, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Interprets policies and facilitates care; communicates effectively with stakeholders.
• Participates in process improvement and quality management activities.
• Promotes engagement, productivity, and staff retention.
