Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and performance management of staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff, providing coaching, mentorship and work direction.
• Conducts regular performance appraisals and career discussions with staff.
• Interviews, recruits and selects staff; conducts induction/orientation programs.
• Ensures staff records and timesheets are accurate and up to date.
• Supports allocation and resourcing to optimize project running.
• Escalates issues impacting project deliverables and aligns with SOPs/WPDs.
