Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the provision of patient care services within the department.

• Support the establishment and achievement of departmental goals, objectives, and regulatory compliance.
• Help evaluate and discipline personnel to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the Director/Nurse Manager to ensure policies and procedures align with organizational goals.
