MSD is seeking an experienced Country Operations Manager to drive performance and regulatory compliance for assigned protocols within the UK. The role oversees budgets, CTAs, and contract oversight, ensuring site readiness and alignment with ICH GCP and local regulations.

You will coordinate with finance, regulatory, and legal teams to deliver country milestones, manage CTRAs, and support local vendors. Strong negotiation, leadership, and risk-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in clinical research or combined experience in Clinical Research and Finance/Business.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance/Administration/Life Science or equivalent Health Care related experience.
• Must understand local regulatory environment and submission/approval processes.

Responsabilités

• Own country and site budgets; develop and complete CTAs.
• Oversee contract & status; manage financial forecasting with Sr.COM and related roles.
• Develop local language materials and templates for training.
• Manage country deliverables, timelines, and results for assigned protocols.
• Ensure quality and compliance in country study start-up and operations.
• Coordinate with CRM, CTC, CRA, CRAM, and HQ to align country timelines.
