The role collaborates with nurses, physician offices, vendors, and internal staff to ensure assignments, orders, and documentation are completed accurately and timely.

The position offers an hourly wage of $21.00 to $23.00, in-person work, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), life insurance, and development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, documents and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UAS assessments, including scheduling with UAS vendors and assigning to UAS RNs.
• Maintain regular communication with UAS RNs and vendors about assignments and documentation.
• Review and process UAS-related paperwork and payroll information for RNs.
