Job summary

Centria is seeking a Clinical Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist in Farmington Hills, MI to manage the onboarding and credentialing lifecycle for clinical and field-based staff. You will organize files, verify documents, and serve as a point of contact for team members and payors, ensuring timely responses and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding or credentialing processes preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple records and timelines with accuracy.
• Proficiency with HRIS and document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate applications and pre-hire requirements in CareConnect and HRIS.
• Communicate policies and procedures to clinical and field staff and payors.
• Assist with certifications, licensure, and credentialing documents.
• Collaborate with FFNT and Billing teams to resolve credentialing issues.
• Set up new service locations in collaboration with Contracting.
