Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Olive Branch, MS is looking to staff the clinical office, supervising all clinical and clerical personnel and providing patient care as needed.

You will develop staffing schedules, recruit and train staff, supervise daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain effective communication within and outside the department.

Technical Nursing degree or diploma is required, with 3–5 years in healthcare and supervisory experience preferred.

Formación

• Technical nursing degree or diploma required.
• 3–5 years healthcare experience required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops staffing schedules and assists with on-site staffing.
• Plans and maintains a well-qualified staff; recruits, orients, and trains staff; ensures timely performance appraisals.
• Provides daily supervision to clinical staff and patient care as needed.
• Ensures regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA) and quality indicators.
• Maintains effective communication within and outside the department.
