Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Q & S Clinical Nutrition Program Manager to drive development and implementation of programs, pathways, order sets and tools across the continuum of care. The role involves collaborating with providers and clinical teams, educating and mentoring staff, and coordinating timelines for efficient production and revision of work.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nutritional services or a related health/science field or equivalent experience.
• Licensed Dietitian with applicable state license.
• 3+ years leading projects or clinical operations in a health system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs, pathways, order sets and other tools across care continuum.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical teams; educate and mentor staff.
• Establish project timelines and manage deadlines; act as SME for evidence-based content.
