• Excellent oral and written communication skills and good organization skills.
• Strong ability to manage staff, budgeting and strategic planning.
• Ability to work independently while balancing multiple tasks.

• Plans, develops, facilitates, and evaluates short- and long-term strategies to meet the organization’s needs.
• Manages operations of central kitchen facility providing products throughout NMHS.
• Oversees patient and retail operations at multiple facilities and provides consultation to affiliate/community hospital food service teams.
• Develops metrics to drive operational efficiencies and staff/patient satisfaction.
