Kettering Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee one or more nursing units, ensuring safe patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and leading performance and practice improvement activities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• BSN or Bachelor’s in another field with pathway to BSN/MSN within 12 months and completed within 3 years.
• BLS certification.
• National certification by the end of 2nd year in position.
• Minimum of two years of progressive clinical experience with demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains operational responsibility for one or more nursing units on a 24-hour basis.
• Plans, implements and evaluates nursing care in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Accountable for safe patient care and compliance with department objectives; participates in performance and practice improvement activities.
• Delivers evidence-based nursing care aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
