Job summary

Responsibilities & Requirements
The Nursing Support Services Manager maintains operational responsibility for one or more support nursing units. Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to patients in all settings where nursing care is provided in collaboration with other health care providers. The CNM is accountable for the provision of safe patient care, compliance with department strategic objectives, participation in performance and practice improvement activities. The delivery of evidence based nursing care at Kettering Health Network reflects the philosophies, missions, vision and values of the organization and nursing department
Job Requirements
Minimum education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of five years of acute care clinical experience with demonstrated leadership skills
Cardiac Care Experience Required
Preferred experience in procedural care setting

Required Licenses [Ohio, United States] Registered Nurse

• Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse BLS
• National certification by the end of 2nd year in position

Preferred Qualifications
Manager for 1East and 2East; Pre/Post unit for Cardiac Procedural Patients. Manager to oversee a 27 bed unit with 2 procedural rooms. Looking for a dynamic leader who is colloborative, organized, accountable, and a good communicator. Prefer someone with experience with cardiac care background and procedural work.
