Job summary

Vitruvian Health seeks a Clinical Manager to lead the patient care team on a shift, ensuring safe, cost-effective, high‑quality nursing care. The manager coordinates staffing, uses the nursing process, and demonstrates professional leadership in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate is an RN with a GA license, BSN, 2–3 years nursing experience, and at least 1 year in a leadership role, with BLS and additional certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or multi-state with eNLC.
• 2–3 years of recent nursing experience; 1 year in leadership preferred.
• BLS certification; CPR/ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as nursing supervisor and coordinate patient care.
• Prescribe, delegate and monitor safe, quality care delivery.
• Guide staff through teaching, collaboration and patient advocacy.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and effective staffing decisions.
