Vetted Solutions is seeking a Clinical Nurse specializing in Kidney/Liver Transplant Surgery to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, social workers, and spiritual care providers to develop individualized care plans, assess patient needs, and educate patients and families on illness management, medications, and post-treatment requirements.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
