Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead daily nursing operations on the Intermediate Care / Stepdown unit in Chicago.

This full-time night-shift role requires an active RN license, BSN preferred, and ACLS/BLS certifications. The supervisor will manage staffing, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with physicians while providing direct patient care as needed.

Qualifications

Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Acute Care Hospital, Chicago, IL

Department: Intermediate Care / Stepdown

Schedule: Full Time – Nights (7p-7a, 3–12 hour shifts)

Compensation: $36.75 – $55.70 per hour (approximately $441–$668 gross per 12‑hour shift), commensurate with experience.

Bonus: $10,000 sign‑on bonus available for qualified candidates. Eligibility and payout terms apply. Discussion during interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff.

• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) upon hire and maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certificate preferred for Intensive Care.
• Non‑OB Facilities – NRP required 90 days after hire and maintained.
• Professional certification within 2 years of hire, preferred.
