Job summary

Texoma Medical Center in Bonham, Texas, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, compassionate care for patients within a 25-bed CAH setting. The role supports both inpatient and outpatient services and requires leadership to guide the healthcare team in adherence to clinical standards.

The ideal candidate will hold Texas RN licensure (compact acceptable), with at least two years in acute care MS nursing and preferred charge nurse experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Texas or a compact state; BSN preferred.
• Two years of acute care medical-surgical nursing experience.
• One year of charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• RQI, BLS and ACLS certifications with orientation.
• Maintain all additional certifications required by supervision area.
• Clinical certification in the area of supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and philosophy.
• Offer professional leadership and support to the healthcare team; follow Standards of Practice.
• Deliver patient-centered care and demonstrate Service Excellence in daily practice.
