Schenectady Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work as a Supervisor for the Evening Shift (3 PM - 11 PM) at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Schenectady, NY.

Duties

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff as a Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
3. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
5. Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Maintain documentation of resident care services.
7. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

Requirements

1. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required.
3. Strong and positive Team Leadership skills.
4. Familiarity with EHR and Eperscribing programs.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Basic computer skills.
