Join Our Team as a Clinical Nurse Supervisor (11-7 Shift) at Centers Health Care

New Paltz Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in New Paltz, NY. We are currently offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for a limited time! Part-time and Per-Diem positions are also available.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
• Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
• Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
• Manage documentation of resident care services
• Promote a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred
• Strong and positive leadership skills as a Team Director
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
