Delmar Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Delmar, NY.

Now offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the Evening shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families.
3. Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests.
4. Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations.
5. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
6. Manage documentation of resident care services.
7. Promote a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience (highly preferred).
• Strong and positive leadership skills as a Team Director.
• Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
