HCT Healthcare Transformation in California seeks an Interim Clinical Nurse Specialist, NICU/Peds, to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients in a hospital setting.
The RN will collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and other care team members; develop and implement care plans, educate families, monitor patients, and ensure compliance with California regulations and CCS guidelines.

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in the specific patient population, demonstrate sound clinical judgment, and provide compassionate, family-centered care while maintaining compliance with California regulatory and pediatric healthcare standards.
Candidates working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) must meet the requirements outlined in the California Children’s Services (CCS) Manual of Procedures, Chapter 3.25.3, including:
