Role: The Clinical Nurse Specialist will develop, implement, and evaluate education and practice programs to enhance clinical staff skills and patient care quality.
Responsibilities: Manage hospital-wide educational programs, design cost-effective curricula for orientation and ongoing professional development, collaborate with leadership to meet regulatory and patient care standards, analyze educational needs, and assess program effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Master’s Degree, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of experience; preferred candidates have 5-10 years of experience and certifications in their area of expertise. Strong educational, collaborative, and organizational skills are essential.
Work Environment: Onsite position supporting a surgical unit caring for patients undergoing colorectal and urology surgeries, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends.
