Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (CHC), the Clinical Nurse, RN – Nurse Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing processes that promote quality patient care and efficient health center operations.
The Nurse Manager provides leadership and supervision to nursing and medical assistant staff while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards. This role partners with the Health Center Director and Medical Director to promote timely, patient-centered care and efficient patient flow throughout the health center.
The Nurse Manager also supports staff development, competency assessment, quality improvement, infection control, clinical operations, and coordination of key health center programs. The position requires strong clinical judgment, communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.
