Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum Nurse (LDRP Nurse) to join our dedicated team. As an LDRP Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to women and their families during the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on maternal health while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As an integral part of our maternal health team, you will ensure a safe and supportive environment, monitor maternal and fetal status, and respond to changes in condition. You will assist in labor and delivery procedures, as well as provide post-delivery care and emotional support to patients and their families. Additionally, you will educate patients on prenatal and postnatal care, including breastfeeding and infant care, ensuring they feel empowered and informed throughout their experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fully authorized to work in the U.S. (VISA sponsorship NOT available)
  • Graduate from an Accredited Nursing Program with ADN, BSN, or MSN
  • Maintain current CEU's as required by state licensure
  • Active Nursing License in state where services are rendered
  • Possession of current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required upon hire
  • Must obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications within 3 months of hire
  • Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of recent LDRP, Mother-Baby, or NICU experience required.
Job Details:
  • Day shift (7a - 7p) and Night shift (7p - 7a) availabilities
  • Full LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)

  • Pay Scale: $51.50/hr - $81.52/hr, based on education and years of experience
    • 15% weekend differential
    • 6% weekend differential
  • Three 12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week)
