Job Description

Are you a compassionate, skilled RN looking to make an impact? We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team, providing top-notch care to patients with acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess patients based on diagnosis and care needs.
2. Plan, perform, delegate, and evaluate nursing care using your expertise.
3. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Participate in committees, program evaluations, research, and education.
5. Supervise and mentor students.
6. Maintain compliance with the Missouri Nurse Practice Act and all organizational and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Missouri RN license.
• Current BCLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• RN Specialty Certification.
