HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville seeks a Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator to provide nursing leadership and coordination for safe, high-quality patient care. You will work with the staffing team, utilize technology, and support staffing resources to ensure efficient admissions, discharges, and throughput.

You will lead a patient-first approach, participate in team-based care, and help implement nursing strategies such as rounding and service initiatives.

Qualificações

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher.
• RN license in the state of practice and/or a valid Multi-State Compact license.
• Current BLS Health Care Provider certification.
• Current ACLS Health Care Provider certification.
• At least 2 years of hospital/acute care RN experience; leadership experience preferred.

• Support inventory control and equipment/supply management.

What you will do in this role:

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when necessary.
• Supports the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
• Provides recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff. Recommends and implements courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, completion of performance evaluations, and/or disciplinary actions to ensure a competitively better organization.
• Assists with staff scheduling. Manages all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
• Supports proper inventory control and assists with managing supplies and equipment.

What qualifications you will need:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher is required, or obtained within 3 years of hire/transfer
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license
• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider is required
• At least 2 years prior Hospital/Acute Care RN experience is required
• Leadership experience is preferred

This is a Full Time,Day Shiftposition. Shifts are 12 hours in length (approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Rotating Weekends and Holidays are required.
