Job Description
The Clinical Nurse reflects NM's mission, vision, and values, adhering to the Code of Ethics and compliance standards. The RN is responsible for delivering evidence-based, competent care within the NMH framework, participating in decision-making, education, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes and unit operations. The role involves advocating for patients, advancing clinical expertise, engaging in community volunteer initiatives, demonstrating compassion, and maintaining professional engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Practicing patient-centered care and developing individualized care plans
  • Promoting patient safety and a safe environment
  • Enhancing clinical skills and sharing knowledge
  • Participating in team goals, ethical standards, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
