Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to provide oversight for infusions at ambulatory infusion centers. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00, with Saturdays as needed, serving Watkinsville, GA and other clinics as needed.

Ideal candidates are NPs with family practice experience, BLS, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel to other AICs may be required to cover staffing needs.

• Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in state of practice.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.

About the Role:

The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Practitioner is to provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays as needed.

Service Areas: Watkinsville, GA and will float to other clinics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Experience in family physician setting; possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states as well as current and emerging therapies.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word,Excel).
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calmmanner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
• Able to work as a team member with all members of PIS. Working along side with nurses and other NPs/MDs.
• Able to perform nursing functions as needed.
• Oversee the infusions being administered in the AIC.
• Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.
• Maintains strong knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies.

About the Benefits:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $55–60/hour. Final compensation is based on factors including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
