Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Clinical Nurse Practitioner to provide oversight for infusions in ambulatory infusion centers, primarily in Marietta, GA, with occasional travel to other clinics. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays as needed.

The role requires NP (FNP) licensure, experience in family medicine, and ability to collaborate with nurses, NPs, and physicians to ensure safe infusion therapies and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and active NP (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Experience in family physician setting with strong knowledge of chronic disease states and therapies.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop cooperative relationships with Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Assist with policy, procedure, and protocol development as needed.
• Work as a team member with all Palmetto Infusion staff, including nurses and NPs/MDs.
• Able to perform nursing functions as needed.
• Oversee the infusions being administered in the AIC.
• Travel to other AICs when needed for staffing coverage.
• Maintains strong knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies.

About the Role

The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Practitioner is to provide oversight for infusions being administered in our ambulatory infusion centers. Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Saturdays as needed. Service Areas: Marietta, GA and may float to other clinics as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and Active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Experience in family physician setting; possesses strong knowledge of chronic disease states as well as current and emerging therapies.
• BLS or obtain upon hire.
• Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.
