Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care using the nursing process and professional practice model.
• Assesses patient care needs and applies critical thinking in management.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate the plan of care.
• Educates patients and families about plan of care, transition, and health promotion.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and team members.
• Documents and manages care within established safety and quality standards.
• Performs charge nurse duties and coordinates with leadership to ensure appropriate resources.
